Thursday logged 38 incidents, up 27% from Wednesday and about 23% above the seven-day average. Despite the higher volume, only one incident was flagged as violent, a burglary report in Happy Valley. The bulk of the day was behavioral health calls, disorderly conduct, and warrant pickups spread across a dozen neighborhoods.

Other Non-criminal led for the third straight day, driven by service of papers, citizen assists, and information reports. Behavioral health was the second-busiest category with five incidents, with this week totaling 25% higher than the previous. On the quieter side, warrant arrests are continuing their are downward trend, currently 39% lower week-over-week despite three reports yesterday.

Four of yesterday's seven arrests were repeat offenders. The standout: a 51-year-old picked up on a warrant arrest at 800 Lakeway Dr, their ninth arrest in our data since January 2025. A 60-year-old was arrested for disorderly conduct just before 2am on the 1100 block of Railroad, a location that has been risen to the eighth most active block in the last seven days.
