Yesterday logged five violent incidents, the highest single-day count in 30 days. Four of the five were burglaries, three of which happened on the 300 Block of E Bellis Fair Pkwy.

Burglary was yesterday's standout category, with four reports compared to a weekly average closer to one per day. Three landed on the same Bellis Fair block as Meridian stayed the most active neighborhood for the third day in a row. Disorderly behavior and other non-criminal reports remain the highest-volume categories overall, though both are trending down slightly from the prior week.

Six arrests Thursday, all repeat offenders. The most notable was a 44-year-old taken into custody for burglary at the 300 Block of E Bellis Fair Pkwy, picking up their 12th arrest in our data since March 2025. A 47-year-old picked up their 8th arrest, this time for trespass and a warrant at the 1200 Block of E Sunset Dr.
