Wednesday's 29 incidents came in below average for the third straight day, but with an unusual mix; six domestic disputes (no assault), making up more than a fifth of the day's total. Wednesday also saw the lowest arrest count in 10 days with just three reported throughout the day.

Meridian corridor was the busiest part of town Wednesday, with seven incidents spread from Bellis Fair down to the 4100 block. Three of those were disorderly behavior reports, including a late-night trespass at the 4400 block of Meridian (the Walmart area). On the quieter side, Wednesday saw zero violent incidents bringing the 7-day violent average down to 1.7 per day.

Only three arrests Wednesday, the fewest in 10 days and well below the 7-day average of 8.1. The most notable was a 29-year-old arrested for felony harassment on the 1300 block of Cornwall Ave downtown, their second arrest in our data since February. A 40-year-old was picked up for theft near Bellis Fair, and a 52-year-old was taken into custody on a warrant on Prince Ave in the Meridian area.
