Good afternoon, Bellingham!
Thursday, June 18, 2026
Wednesday's 40 incidents were the most Bellingham has seen in a week, however, that number largely consisted of "Other Non-Criminal" and "Behavioral health" reports. Those two categories accounted for 17 of BPD's responses, and contributed to a day with 29% more incidents than the current seven-day average. A brandishing arrest on Meridian St and a felony assault downtown were the more serious events in an otherwise non-violent day.

PATTERN WATCH
1300 Block of F St
The 1300 Block of F St in the Lettered Streets neighborhood ranked 4th in 7-day incident volume but does not appear in the 30-day top 15, a new concentration of activity for a typically quiet block.
