Tuesday continued a slightly below-average streak with 31 incidents, the third day below the 7-day average. Two narcotics arrests were reported on Cornwall Ave within 30 minutes of each other, including a 24-year-old was picked up at 11:11 AM, followed by a 51-year-old a few blocks away at 11:40 AM.
