Tuesday continued a slightly below-average streak with 31 incidents, the third day below the 7-day average. Two narcotics arrests were reported on Cornwall Ave within 30 minutes of each other, including a 24-year-old was picked up at 11:11 AM, followed by a 51-year-old a few blocks away at 11:40 AM.

Disorderly behavior reports are down 50% week-over-week, dropping from 46 to just 23. Behavioral health incidents are also down by 31%. On the other side, domestic disputes without assault have increased from 13 to 21 over the past seven days, with two added yesterday. Traffic collisions are up by seven, though that's partly a rebound from a very low prior week (3 to 10).

Two of Tuesday's five arrests were repeat offenders. The most active prior history belonged to a 19-year-old cited and released for shoplifting at the 4400 block of Meridian St, their fifth reported arrest in our data. A felony assault arrest was reported at 1 AM on the 500 block of W Holly St, involving a 42-year-old with no prior arrests in our data.
