Monday logged 30 incidents, about 7% below the seven-day average. The day's most striking incident was a 39-year-old arrested for burglary at the 800 Block of Lakeway Dr, the Fred Meyer location. Not unusual in itself, but the incident marked the individual's 20th arrest since April 2025 - roughly once every three weeks for over a year.

The biggest category shift in the weekly trends is domestic disputes without assault, up 54% week-over-week with 20 reports in the last seven days compared to 13 the week before. Three of Monday's 30 incidents were DV (No Assault), including two at the same block on Westerly Rd in Cordata. On the other side, behavioral health reports are down 29% week-over-week, and drugs/narcotics dropped 75%, from 12 incidents the prior week to just 3 this week.

Seven arrests on Monday, five of them warrant pickups. Aside from the 39-year-old's 20th arrest, a 24-year-old was arrested twice in the same day at the same block on York St: first for trespass at 5 AM, then on a warrant at 5:25 PM. Two back-to-back warrant arrests were processed at the 500 Block of Grand Ave (BPD headquarters) within 18 minutes of each other early Monday afternoon.
