Monday logged 30 incidents, about 7% below the seven-day average. The day's most striking incident was a 39-year-old arrested for burglary at the 800 Block of Lakeway Dr, the Fred Meyer location. Not unusual in itself, but the incident marked the individual's 20th arrest since April 2025 - roughly once every three weeks for over a year.

Seven arrests on Monday, five of them warrant pickups. Aside from the 39-year-old's 20th arrest, a 24-year-old was arrested twice in the same day at the same block on York St: first for trespass at 5 AM, then on a warrant at 5:25 PM. Two back-to-back warrant arrests were processed at the 500 Block of Grand Ave (BPD headquarters) within 18 minutes of each other early Monday afternoon.
