All three arrests Friday were first-timers or near it. A 29-year-old picked up both a DUI and a warrant arrest at 1:40 AM on the 300 block of Lakeway Dr in York. A 29-year-old was arrested for shoplifting tide pods on the 2800 block of Meridian St - their second arrest in three weeks. And a 19-year-old was booked on felony assault (second degree) near Cordata Parkway at 5:24 PM, the day's only violent arrest.
