Thursday's most attention-grabbing incidents happened away from the recent Downtown and Meridian hot spots. A shots fired report in King Mountain came in at 8:40 AM, and a weapons violation arrest was made that afternoon in Cordata - its currently unclear if the two are related.

Just one of yesterday's six arrests were repeat offenders in our data, a 43-year-old arrested for shoplifting on the 3900 block of Meridian St. Earlier in the day, a 46-year-old picked up two charges in one stop on N State St in York at 2 AM: a DV court order violation and a warrant arrest. A 25-year-old was booked on a weapons violation in Cordata, and a 41-year-old was arrested on narcotics charges at the 1800 block of Cornwall Ave just after noon.
