Other non-cirminal led the categories per usual, with disorderly behavior following with six reports Tuesday, five of which were in or near Downtown. The 200 Block of E Champion St alone generated three incidents before 7 AM: a drug arrest, a trouble-with-a-person report, and a sitting-and-lying violation. That block is showing up as a unique hotspot this week.

All of yesterday's three arrests were near or by Downtown, two of which are repeat offenders in our data. The most notable arrest was a 32-year-old cited for drug possession on the 200 Block of E Champion St at 6:50 AM, marking the subject's 11th arrest since February 2025. Later, a 39-year-old was picked up on a felony warrant at 11:29 PM on the 100 Block of E Magnolia St, their sixth arrest since last February.
