Ten arrests is well above the 30-day average of 6.3. The most interesting was a 36-year-old picked up for theft on the 4200 block of Meridian St who also had an outstanding felony warrant; it's her fifth arrest in our data going back to February 2025. A 41-year-old cited downtown for driving with a suspended license was also on her fifth lifetime arrest. Seven of the ten people arrested Thursday were first-time arrests in our system.
