Wednesday was the quietest day Bellingham has seen in a month - just 16 incidents, over half the daily average and 48% fewer than Tuesday. The same drop was seen in terms of arrests, with just 4 reported. One of yesterday's arrests was a subject continuously calling BPD over a Civil Matter after being asked to stop.

The most unusual of the day was a 26-year-old arrested in the Lettered Streets for "repeatedly calling 911 over a civil matter after being told to stop". Elsewhere, a 43-year-old with two prior arrests was picked up for theft on Cornwall Ave downtown, and a 32-year-old was brought in on a warrant in Birchwood. The day's only violent arrest was a domestic violence assault in Happy Valley just after 1 AM.
