Other non-criminal again led the again with 8 reports, mostly spanning information reports and service of papers. Behavioral health followed with 4 incidents spread across South Hill, the Lettered Streets, downtown Railroad Ave, and Meridian. Warrant arrests continue their recent surge, marking the third most common category yesterday and rising to 19 in the last 7-days from 5 in the prior period.

5 of yesterday's 12 arrests involved people with prior records in our data. Two subjects marked their 7th arrest in our data; one for trespassing on Central Ave, and one for public drug use on Lakeway Dr. On the other end, 7 of Thursday's 12 arrests were first-timers, including a 19-year-old DUI in Cornwall Park.
