Bellingham saw 27 incidents yesterday, about 15 fewer than the 8-week Tuesday average. Seven of the reported incidents resulted in arrests, six of which have previous arrests in our data. The evening saw a particularly concentrated stretch of arrests, with four reported between 5:50 and 6:30 PM.

Disorderly behavior (non-physical) led the day with eight reports, mostly trouble-with-a-person incidents spread across Meridian, Sehome, Fairhaven, and the Lettered Streets. Other non-criminal followed with 5 reports, then warrant arrests with 3. Notably, warrant arrests have risen to 15 in the last 7-days, compared to 5 the week before.

Three of yesterday's arrests stand out as notably frequent offenders. One of yesterday's arrestees (warrant and an obstruction offense on Tull Ct in Meridian) marked their 10th arrest in our data, and two others marked their ninth (One for trespass on Westerly Rd in Meridian, and one for a warrant on Railroad Ave).
