Yesterday continued a quieter than average stretch, logging 28 incidents - about 24% below the typical Sunday over the past eight weeks. Two arrests were reported, both before 3 AM, and Birchwood saw the most activity with five reports, an unusual spot at the top of the list.

Theft reports are continue to climb with 24 reports in the past seven days compared to nearly half the week before, with Sunday adding four more. Domestic violence reports without assault are also up week-over-week (14 vs. 8), with two more logged Sunday. On the other side, behavioral health incidents are down 26% from the prior week, and DUI reports dropped 63%.

A 35-year-old was picked up for misdemeanor assault in a domestic disturbance on Rimland Dr in Barkley just before 1 AM, and a 24-year-old was arrested for DUI on Samish Way around 3 AM.
